چکیده
In terms of the current trend research and development new materials optimization in automotive industry, greatest attention is paid to progressive high-strength dual-phase (DP) steels with increased stampability, which are designed for cold stamping specific internal car body components market. New grades DP provide a combination high strength good formability contribute weight savings vehicle parts by 10 20 %, compared grades. Thanks their top properties, can absorb more crash energy using less steel. As result, DP780GI DP780GI-HF first generation (hereinfater DP780GI-HF) were analyzed. The stampability improvement was demonstrated experimentally determined Forming Limit Curves both steels.

High Temperature Behavior of Dual Phase Steels
Dual phase steels with different martensite volume fraction and morphology were tensile tested at a temperature range of 25 to 5500C. Stress-strain curves of all steels showed serration flow at temperatures of 250 and 3500C, and smooth flow at the other temperatures. Both yield and ultimate tensile strengths increased with increasing testing temperature up to about 450<sup...

this experimental study has been conducted to test the effect of oral presentation on the development of l2 learners grammar. but this oral presentation is not merely a deductive instruction of grammatical points, in this presentation two hypotheses of krashen (input and low filter hypotheses), stevicks viewpoints on grammar explanation and correction and widdowsons opinion on limited use of l1...
15 صفحه اولThe Effect of Ferrite Grain Size on the Fatigue Behavior of Ferrite-martensite Dual-phase Steels
The effect of ferrite grain size on the fatigue and tensile properties of dual phase steels with a 0.25 volume fraction of martensite (Vm) under different heat treatments was investigated. The heat treatments were homogenized at 1200 oC along with several subsequent normalizations at 910 oC, resulting in different microstructures and mechanical properties. After heat treatment, the obtained ste...
متن کاملEFFECT OF SILICON CONTENT ON THE STRAIN HARDENING OF DUAL-PHASE STEELS
Abstract: In the current work, the strain hardening behavior of dual-phase steels with different silicon content (0.34- 2.26 Wt. %) was examined using the modified Crussard-Jaoul analysis. It was shown that these dual-phase steels deform in two stages over a uniform strain range. Each stage exhibited a different strain hardening exponent varying with silicon content. At the first stage, work...
